This is a bright, very spacious maisonette only a stones’ throw from Battersea Park with the additional benefit of two separate roof terraces. Boasting a large king sized bedroom and a comfortable, stylish sitting room that opens out onto the larger roof terrace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen that has dining space for up to 6 people.

Battersea is a wonderful, family friendly neighbourhood, with Battersea park close by, and some lovely shops, restaurants and bars in walking distance.

The space
This is a lovely large apartment spread over two floors. It features a good sized fully equipped kitchen with dining table and access to a roof terrace with seating. The family bathroom is modern, with a shower over bath. There is a lovely king sized bedroom at the front of the apartment which is a fantastic size for a London apartment.

Upstairs is a large, light sitting room with two colourful sofas and glass doors opening up onto a good sized roof terrace with seating.

Located in popular Battersea, the flat is a short walk from the River Thames and a stone's throw away from the Battersea Park, where you will find Go-Ape action-packed tree-top adventure, a children's zoo, two incredible playgrounds as well as floodlit tennis courts, a boating lake and beautiful walks. Head over Albert Bridge and you are in Chelsea in minutes with all the famous shopping, restaurants and sight-seeing it has to offer. Across the park, the all new Battersea Power Station offers fantastic dining options also.

You can be on the renowned King’s Road in Chelsea in less than 15 minutes, where you can find amazing boutique shops and restaurants of all varieties.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, apart from one room which will be locked, and some cupboard which will be marked.

Other things to note
Please note that we provide shampoo, shower gel, soap and loo roll for the beginning of your stay and not for the entire duration.

Please keep in mind that each home is unique – as you are staying at someone else’s home and not a hotel, the space and amenities will be different at each place. Please treat the home with the respect that you would treat your own, we dedicate a lot of time and care to it, so please respect the rules, the space and the neighbours. We would really appreciate if you tell us about any damage or breakages so that we can deal with these issues as soon as they arise.

Please note that if your stay is longer than 2 weeks we will require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost of £15 per hour, minimum two hours (to be charged after the booking is confirmed). A linen change can also be arranged at an extra cost.
If you require more cleans please let us know as this can also be arranged.

Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hired hotel-quality linen to prepare the beds. This also includes clean towels, bath mat and a kitchen cloth.

Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm. A late check in can sometimes be possible for an additional fee.
A self-check-in outside of these times can be agreed on occasion, but please check prior to booking if you will be checking in outside check in hours.

A late check-out is sometimes possible for a fee of 50% of the nightly rate.
