Bright, Unique 1-Bed in Fitzrovia with 2 Terraces!
This is a stunning, unique loft in the heart of Fitrovia. With some of London's most famous streets and areas, the location could not be better.
The apartment is flooded with natural light and incredibly spacious. The open plan sitting room and kitchen is chic and stylish, and the master bedroom has its own seating area and private terrace.
The crowning glory of this beautiful space is the rooftop terrace, a wonderful spot to relax in the summer sun or with an evening glass of wine!
This is a truly unique apartment in an incredible location, whether you are visiting for work or leisure. Spacious, chic and bright, this is the perfect space to relax after a long day exploring London or working.
The open plan sitting room and kitchen is on the first floor, and offers ample space to relax in front of the large screen TV - ideal for those winter nights in! There is also a desk for those who need to do some work on their trip.
Take the spiral staircase up to the second floor, where you will find a bathroom at the top of the stairs. The master bedroom is also here, with a superking bed, and it's own incredibly comfortable sitting area and TV - perfect for when you want some peace and quiet! This incredible bedroom also boasts a large shower room, and even its own private terrace - truly spoiling!
The crowning glory of this apartment is at the very top - follow the spiral staircase all the way up, and out onto the large roof terrace, overlooking the charming buildings around - a hidden gem in this urban landscape, and a rare find in any central London property.
The location is second to none, with Oxford Street just 3 minutes away, and the closest tube station a 6 minute walk.
Fitzrovia and Soho have some of the best restaurants, cafes, bars and shops in London, so you will have endless options if you prefer to eat out!
Please note that there are some service deliveries (via trolly not vehicle,) down the passage in the mornings after 8am. This can be heard from the bedroom. There is also a very good pub on the corner which we recommend. It can be heard, particularly Friday evenings but closes by 11pm with little noise after midnight.

Nestled between Marylebone and Bloomsbury, and just north of Soho, Fitzrovia is right in the middle of things. The famous Oxford Street shops are mere minutes away, and London Zoo is also close by, but some of its nooks and crannies are surprisingly (and refreshingly) quiet for such a central location. There's no shortage of buzzy bars and hot-ticket restaurants, though, as well as destination hotels like the Sanderson and London Edition. Writers Virginia Woolf, George Bernard Shaw and Arthur Rimbaud all lived here back in the day, and echoes of Fitzrovia's bohemian past add to its modern, metropolitan charm.
