This is a truly charming 3 bed-house in the heart of Chelsea, just off the famous King's Road and less than 10 minutes to Sloane Square Station.

With a spacious kitchen, cosy sitting room, and 3 delightful bedrooms, this is the perfect family home.

The crowning glory of this idyllic abode is the 2 outdoor spaces, one by the kitchen, and the other on the first floor, which give this lovely home an almost Italian touch - they are perfect for your morning coffee or evening glass of wine!

This is really lovely house, and a real gem for your trip to London, whether you come for work or leisure. Please note that this is a family home for part of the year, so there are some personal touches (children's art, some pictures, and some cupboards which will be out of bounds for guests).

Ground Floor:
Large kitchen and dining area, fully equipped to cook up a storm and host dinner.
Cosy sitting room with TV, perfect to relax after a day exploring.
Charming small patio with table and chairs
Toilet under the stairs.

First Floor:
Fantastic rooftop garden, with plenty of space and an abundance of greenery, perfect for those summer evenings.
Master bedroom with King-sized bed.
Bathroom with bath and shower.

Second Floor:
Second bedroom with king sized bed.
Adorable kids room with bunk bed.

The location is fantastic. The Kings Road is just 2 minutes away, with an abundance of some of the best clothing and retail shops in London.
The Saatchi Gallery is a short walk away.
Sloane Square Tube Station is less than 10 minutes away, and there are many bus routes in the area.
There is a fab pub just 200m away - a fantastic spot for a drink or bite to eat.

I am available by phone, email, and in person if needed.

Chelsea is a highly desirable and affluent area of London.

With great shopping, amazing restaurants, cafes and bars, boutiques and delis and even museums, you will not tire of things to do in Chelsea.

Ranging from charming mews houses, regal red-brick mansion blocks and stucco-fronted terraces, walking through Chelsea is a delight.

The Ivy Chelsea Garden is the perfect place to go for a drink in the gorgeous orangery, or perhaps a delicious meal.

Kurobuta serves tapas-style Japanese dishes and is in a very informal setting.

Visit the Saatchi Gallery which is a fantastic London gallery for contemporary art set on Duke of York Square. The Square is also home to Duke of York Square Market - a fine food market, curated by Partridges, open on Saturdays from 10am - 4pm.

If green space is what you are after, take a short walk along London's most beautiful bridge, Albert Bridge, to Battersea Park.
