This home is perfect for large family groups, with plenty of space for every guest. The property is equipped with a open plan kitchen which opens out onto the garden, along with two sitting rooms and a dining room to accommodate all guests.
There are 5 bedrooms spread out evenly over the top two floors of the property.
Bedroom 1 - large room with king size bed and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 - twin bedroom with two separate single beds and access to bathroom shared with one other bedroom.
Bedroom 3 - reasonably sized double bedroom with access to bathroom shared with one other bedroom.
Bedroom 4 - large double bed room located on the top floor of the property with access to bathroom shared with one other bedroom on the same floor.
Bedroom 5 - large king sized bedroom located on the top floor of the property with access to bathroom shared with one other bedroom on the same floor.
Guests have access to the whole property except for two rooms which will remain locked.

Please be advised if your stay is longer than 10 nights a mid-stay clean is required and an extra cleaning fee will be charged (£85 - no linen change included).
Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hired hotel-quality linen to prepare the beds. This also includes clean towels, bath mat and a kitchen cloth.
Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 6pm. A later personal check-in is possible at an additional cost:

A self check-in can, on occasion, be agreed with but please check prior to booking if you will be checking in outside check in hours.
