The large under-floor heated open-plan kitchen/dining/living room flows seamlessly out onto the lit private garden with BBQ and outdoor seating. An elegant sitting room room provides a second relaxation area. Both rooms have televisions with multiple channels including Netflix and Sky (including sports). The kitchen is ideal if you, like the owners, like to cook and has everything you might need. There is a Siemens double oven and warming drawer, microwave, drinks fridge, Nespresso Coffee Machine, Toaster, Miele dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer.
A separate toilet located discreetly off the large entrance hall completes the ground floor.
On the lower ground floor is the utility room complete with Miele washing machine, Miele tumble dryer, drying racks, sink, ironing board/iron, breadmaker and ice machine.
On the first floor the gorgeous master bedroom boasts an inviting king size bed, dressing table and a sumptuous en-suite bathroom with twin sinks, huge bathtub and a walk-in shower, ideal for a relaxing evening after a day of exploring London. There is a further double room, a beautiful twin room and a second bathroom on this floor.
Upstairs the 2 spacious children's bedrooms have large comfortable single beds, ideal for adults or children and your little ones will find plenty of books and toys to play with. There is also a table football table. There is another bathroom on this floor. An air mattress for an additional guest may be possible in the children’s rooms, please enquire.
The house has excellent central heating and good wifi throughout.
Beautiful Battersea Park is 2 minutes away and offers Go-Ape action-packed tree-top adventure, a children's zoo, two incredible playgrounds as well as floodlit tennis courts, a boating lake and beautiful walks. Head over Albert Bridge and you are in Chelsea in minutes with all the famous shopping, restaurants and sight-seeing it has to offer. Across the park, the all new Battersea Power Station offers fantastic dining options also.
At the end of the street is a fabulous farm shop, hairdresser, delicious restaurant and a quintessentially English pub with excellent food. Even a pilates studio. Cinemas can be found both at Southside Shopping Centre or on the Fulham Road.
There are excellent bus links 5 minutes away with direct buses to Sloane Square, South Kensington, Clapham Junction, Victoria, Mayfair, West End and more!
There is a river boat from Cadogan Pier, less than 10 minutes walk away which can whisk you to Tate Modern, London Eye, The Tower of London and many more attractions in style!
