The large stunning garden patio area is the perfect place to relax with a coffee or a glass of wine after a long day exploring London.

This is a beautiful garden flat in West Hampstead. There is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the right as you walk in, an open kitchen and utility area with electric cooker, fridge and freezer and a sitting room area with a comfortable sofa leading on to a large split-level garden and patio area. The flat will amply accommodate two people. Please note that whilst there may be some clothes left in the wardrobe, there will be available space for guests' belongings. The flat is comfortable, modern and the garden is the perfect place to relax with a wonderful sofa area and a separate dining area.

Small but perfectly formed, the area of West Hampstead in North London has managed to remain relatively under the radar for years.

Neighbouring Hampstead has been in the spotlight for tourists and Londoners looking for French cafés, pretty heath-side houses and celebrity-spotting.

This close-knit residential area is a true London village, with the charming West End Lane occupying the position of high street with shops, restaurants and cafés. Former residents include author Evelyn Waugh and national treasure Stephen Fry.

Students and young professionals are more likely to stick to nearby Camden and Kentish Town, where there are plenty of bars, clubs and late-night offerings, so West Hampstead is largely populated with mature professionals and families with children who come to enjoy the Cotswold village lifestyle, brilliant transport links into central London and access to the green spaces of Hampstead Heath to the north and Regents Park to the south.

So if you want a charming, community-focused area in North London, West Hampstead is pretty much perfect.

For any cricket fans you are just 3 tube stops from the world famous Lords cricket ground.

West Hampstead tube and train stations are a 6 minute walk away.

You can enjoy excellent transport links for getting in to West London, the City or Canary Wharf.

West Hampstead is a London Underground Jubilee line station in West Hampstead. It is on West End Lane between Broadhurst Gardens and Blackburn Road and is in Travelcard Zone 2. It lies between Kilburn and Finchley Road tube stations

West Hampstead railway station is a London Overground station on the North London Line between Brondesbury and Finchley Road & Frognal in the London Borough of Camden and is in Travelcard Zone 2.

London Buses routes 139, 328 and C11 serve the station.

You are two stops and 7 minutes travel time from St. Pancras International with connections to Paris and Brussels. Direct train links to both Luton and Gatwick airports. 4 minutes direct to Hampstead Heath, 30min direct train to Richmond Park. The Jubilee line offers direct connections to the West End (Bond Street 9 mins) and to Canary Wharf (25 minutes).

As well as being a direct line to the Canary Wharf business district (30 mins) The Jubilee line takes you quickly into the heart of the west end theatre and shopping area, with Baker Street, Bond Street and Green Park all within 6 stops. The next stops are Westminster and Waterloo, for Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, and Westminster Abbey, as well as the south bank of the Thames and London Eye.

The London Overground line takes you directly to Hampstead Heath, Camden and Shoreditch to the east, and the Westfield Mall at Sheppards Bush, Clapham Junction, and Richmond to the west.

The National rail Thameslink gets you directly into the City near St Pauls Cathedral, as well as a direct line to London Gatwick and London Luton.
