1. Do you manage rooms?
No, only the whole property.
2. How much do you charge?
We charge our clients a percentage of rental income.
3. Do you only use AirBnB?
We believe that AirBnB is a great platform so we do use this along with other carefully selected high-end platforms. Your property would of course also be listed on the Air Peace of Mind website.
4. What if something goes wrong during a let?
We have a security deposit in place for each stay but we strongly recommend you inform your insurer that you are letting your property. We have also partnered with GUARDHOG, who provide specialist insurance cover for the sharing economy. It is a pay-per-stay and dovetails with your existing insurance policy. Our clients receive a discounted rate if going through Air Peace of Mind.
5. Who are your homeowners?
Primarily they are owner-occupiers or those who have a second home in London
6. Who are the guests?
Our guests come from all over the world, both as tourists (single travellers, couples and families) as well as business travellers.
7. What type of properties do you manage?
We manage a range of properties from chic 1 bed flats in central London, to large family houses in Notting Hill. All of our properties are fully furnished, in a great location and available for a minimum of 6 weeks per year. If you are uncertain, please get in touch and tell us about your property.
8. How long are the lets?
Our lets range from 5 nights to several months and everything in-between.
9. What about keys?
We require 4 sets of keys, 2 for us and 2 for the guests
